Royalty Free Music

Artists, composers and music publishers are entitled to receive just compensation when their music is used. So they are permitted to charge Royalties usually based on a percentage of the income generated by an event or recording. Organizations such as ASCAP, SESAC and BMI collect these royalties and distribute them to the artists. composers and publishers.

We have tapped into a group of professional musicians who have recorded royalty-free tracks that can be arranged (using a sophisticated computer program) to any length you need. We've got hundreds of tracks to set the appropriate mood for commercials, movies, and special events. We provide you with a license to use these tracks with no royalty fee.

Why can't I just use recordings that I have on my own CD's?

When you bought your own CD's or tapes they came with permission for you to use them for personal entertainment - not public performance. It is unethical and illegal to use other people's artistic work for public performance without giving them compensation.

If you illegally use people's artistic work for public performance without compensation them you might never get caught; but if you do get caught the consequences can be severe.
