Web Hosting

At present our web hosting services are restricted to a limited number of customers. We don't have a big support staff or the resources of a major host. But we do provide personalized service to our customers and, since we have our own Virtual Dedicated Server, we can provide some benefits the big guys won't. You will be able to access and manage your account just as with other hosts. You use C-Panel to manage your site and set up e-mail. We provide regular e-mail accounts, forwarding accounts and web mail.

• Bulk mail to your members or clients without worrying about the limits imposed by the big guys. In their efforts to prevent their customers from sending SPAM, the big guys set limits on the number of e-mails you can send each day and also limit the number of addresses within each message. We have a more effective way to prevent our customers from sending SPAM. WE KNOW OUR CUSTOMERS PERSONNALLY!

• We will help you set up as many e-mail addresses as you need. We only ask that you use forwarding, download frequently or, if using web mail, delete old messages regularly. As long as you are a tidy housekeeper, we get along fine.

• When you do need help, you will not get stuck on hold for long periods of time listening to Pacabel's Canon. If we cannot take your call, you will know right away. And we WILL call back.

• Our technical support is down-to-earth and we speak only English.
